Group Operations Manager

To identify gaps in the existing customer environment for the specific tracks and strategies for new propositions development and to analyse industry best practices and implement the same (1.) To define skill capability building strategies and implement the same (2.) To identify attrition points and implement strategies for retention (3.) To manage technical interview panels and allocate technical specialists for projects (4.) To work with transition managers and SDMs for successful transition of projects (5.) To identify gaps in the existing customer environment for the specific tracks and strategies for new propositions development (6.) To analyse industry best practices and implement in customer OMCs and to identify upcoming technologies so as to ensure readiness to support (7.) To effectively manage team and conduct monthly reviews (8.) To review solutions for implementing automation/lean initiatives for repeated tasks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
