Position Summary:
The Sales Program Manager works closely with members of the leadership team to support the overall sales strategy by creating, marketing, delivering and supporting sales-related development, services, tools, resources and analytics.
This role ensures that our Sales talent is equipped to retain existing clients as well as originate and close new business opportunities.
This role also provides quality, cost effective sales training and support services that make a demonstrable contribution to the achievement of the company's strategy and supports improvements in sales capabilities.
Additional Considerations:
Required:
BA/BS degree plus 5 plus years experience developing and executing Sales development and reinforcement strategies or HS Diploma/equivalent plus 9+ years experience developing and delivering Sales Training and reinforcement strategies.
5 plus years experience in sales, sales management or sales consulting with a proven track record for retaining existing clients as well as new business origination.
Desired:
Prefer 2 plus years of Financial Services or Insurance industry sales experience. Certifications in Sales Process Methodologies and/or Project Management a plus; Practitioner of Sales Process or Methodology.
Track record of success working in the Insurance industry . Ability to use relevant sales and sales management field experience to demonstrate and coach effective selling methods.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
