Salary Range:

years of experience out of foods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, utilities, etc.
Candidates must have specified and installed a project of some type.
An ideal candidate would have done design through installation of projects over $50,000 including specification of equipment, overseeing installation and participating in start-up.
This client might consider someone with 1-2 years of experience who has experience working in a manufacturing plant.
Pluses include:
FDA/GMP experience, experience with spray drying equipment, experience with any type of construction work and experience with outside vendors.
Travel required for this position could reach 50%, almost exclusively domestic.

Job Description:
This person will support plants in St.
Louis, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
This person will support projects ranging from $50,000 to $5MM.
The processes that this company are all related to food and pharmaceutical additives and most of the plants this person will support range from 40 to 100 people.
Projects could include:
building work, utilities work, lab expansion, capital equipment projects, etc.
This person will be involved from the beginning of projects, determining the scope of the project, specing equipment, working with outside (as needed), overseeing installation and participating in the start-up at the end of the project.
This company has relocation assistance available - this company owns 12 plants in the U.
S.
and primarily manufactures high-purity specialty chemicals and food/pharmaceutical additives.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
