VP, Pharmacy Network DevelopmentDrive the pharmacy contracting and network development efforts for growing PBM.
You will join a SOLID leadership team with a clear vision for continued success.
VP will develop and execute network strategy, including reimbursement strategy, cost management, claims configuration and network operations.
Manage budgeting and forecasting initiatives for product lines to networks costs and provider contracts.
Ensure leadership team is advised of utilization trends and variables influencing market trends.
We are interviewing professionals who have 5
yrs in a senior leadership role in PBM/pharmacy contract negotiations and strategy.
Experience negotiating from either PBM or pharmacy side canbe considered.
Exp.
should include responsibility for leading and developing a high performing contracting team.
Exp with government programs is helpful.
MBA or MHA preferred.
Minimal travel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
