Maintenance Manager

Description Position
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage all shifts of Maintenance employees. 2. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Union contract. 3. Work with the Bottling Manager to ensure all equipment is maintained. 4. Review with the Bottling Manager, the Preventive Maintenance Program, notifying the Bottling Manager of any issues that need to be addressed regarding equipment maintenance. 5. Possess sufficient knowledge of all Bottling equipment to communicate with the Bottling Manager and maintenance technicians regarding machine malfunction and or corrective action. 6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Maintenance Department including P.M'S, Maintenance Labor and Maintenance Budgets. 7. Create monthly P.M.'s status as well as any current projects for Stats Meeting and recommendations for improvement. 8. Comply and enforce all necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Safety requirements. 9. Ensure all Maintenance personnel are wearing necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). 10. Coordinate and ensure all necessary safety training for affected employees is completed and communicated to Human Resources as required. 11. Ensure all Maintenance personnel are wearing necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). 12. Other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager. Education and / or
Experience:
A minimum of 3
years in a maintenance supervisory role with within the food and/or beverage field with a strong understanding of the maintenance processes. Minimum of an Associate's degree with a Bachelors degree preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word. Also must possess good verbal and written communication skills, have strong multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
Salary Range:
$80K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
