HR Business Partner

This position is critical to providing strategic HR partnership to leaders and teams within Southwestern Energy (SWN) to enhance their growth and impact. The ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex challenges and gets excited about developing and growing others to address talent priorities. This role will work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as talent development, employee relations, culture, and talent acquisition in addition to managing annual talent processes. Ability to translate business strategy into human capital initiatives and organization design and advise on organization development Provide advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, coaching, and talent reviews. Harmonize delivery to meet client needs through partnering with CoEs Coach and influence leaders/employees in order to successfully connect business strategy to people strategy and build capabilities for higher performance Consistently reinforce leader accountability in the areas of talent, leadership, values, and culture Understand situations and diagnose for improvements, identify interventions and support decision making Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met Manage enterprise wide projects, leveraging resources across multiple business units and levels to deliver results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 8 - 10 years of the resolution of complex employee relation issues. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws Strong project management skills Relevant industry experience a plus Excellent consulting and influencing skills Excellent client management and business literacy skills Strong conflict management skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues Manage multiple business units in multiple locations Manage multiple conflicting priorities Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels Be self-directed and motivated Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
