Are you ready to join the team? Responsibilities Provide regional administrative support to multiple offices and their HR/people activities:
processing HR paperwork, answering questions on HR related matters, maintaining employee files, submitting and tracking vendor invoices and assisting with internal processes Provide high-level administrative support to a small team of talent development business partners:
supporting travel, expense reports and calendar coordination as needed Liaise with payroll, accounting, office administrators and vendors Perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative projects Create, format, proof and finalize documents and occasionally presentations and spreadsheets Manage sensitive and confidential information Qualifications 5
years of office experience in a client-centric environment, ideally within professional services Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of staff, negotiate diplomatically, and maintain composure, a strong client-service mindset and quality under constant deadline pressure Resourceful problem solver, high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Experience proofreading work for accuracy Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience handling and maintaining confidential information in a discreet and professional manner Ability to multi-task, stay organized, meet deadlines and be flexible Ability to collaboratively work within the organization's chain of command and interact appropriately with individuals at all levels, including those at the most senior levels of the organization
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
